Chinese Handlebar Brake Master Cylinder, Rear Caliper and Hose Assembly

This Chinese rear brake assembly is the replacement part for the Jonway YY125T-28 scooter.  The assembly has the rear brake master cylinder, caliper, and brake line hose.  It may fit other makes and models of scooters.  Please us pictures and descriptions to determine fit before ordering.

Master cylinder description:

• Rear brakes
• LH handlebar mounted master cylinder with 180mm chrome lever
• Brake hose attaches to the rear of the master cylinder 
• Fits standard 22mm (7/8 in) handlebars
• Includes brake switch
• Uses DOT3 or DOT 4 brake fluid

Caliper details:

• Twin cylinder with bracket
• Mounting holes are 44.4mm (1.75 in) center-to-center apart
• Bracket holes are threaded M8
• Includes bleeder screw

Brake hose:

• Approximately 6 feet long
• Wire wrapped near caliper

 

SHOP NOTE: After changing the assembly, be sure to see if you need to bleed any air from the brake system to insure the caliper is working effectively.
