Chinese Handlebar Brake Master Cylinder, Caliper and Hose Assembly

This Chinese rear brake assembly is the replacement part for many Chinese  ATVs. This assembly fits many 50cc, 70cc, 90cc, 100cc, 110cc, and 125cc models.  The assembly has the rear brake master cylinder, caliper [version 1], and brake line hose.

Master Cylinder description:

• Rear
• Universal
• Overall length: 20.6cm including banjo bolt
• Mounting hole distance: 40-50mm
• Uses DOT3 or DOT 4 brake fluid

Caliper version 1 details:

• Mounting Holes: 2.48" center to center [62.5mm]
• Uses brake pad 4

Brake line is approx. 16" long.

SHOP NOTE: After changing the assembly, be sure to see if you need to bleed any air from the brake system to insure the caliper is working effectively.
