At VMC Chinese Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
