This is the steering shaft for the Tao Tao G200 and Raptor 200 atvs.  Please check description, measurements and pictures to make sure it's the one you need.

Shaft specs:

• Overall length: 64.1cm (25.25 in)
  
• Shaft diameter: 25mm (0.99 in)
  
• Top of shaft has a plate, approximately 3.34 in. x 2.35 in. that has four 8mm*1.25 threaded bolt holes.
• Mustache shaped plate 6.4 inches from top plate
• Bottom of shaft has an flat triangular plate with two unthreaded holes 
• Length from triangular plate to end: 71mm (2.8 in)
  
• Holes in bottom plate are 38.6mm (1.5 in) apart center-to-center 
  
• Bottom of shaft is threaded 10mm x 1.50
