This dual port GY6 50cc intake manifold fits many 4-stroke models of scooters, and mopeds. Most engines use the single port manifold.  We have that one available too. Check pictures and measurements to verify this one will fit your machine/engine. 

Manifold description:

• Bolt hole measurement: 45mm (1.77 in) center-to-center part
• Height where bolt goes thru: 34.7mm (1.36 in)
  
• ID of pipe at bolt end: 18mm (0.71 in)
  
• OD of pipe: 26mm (1.0 in)
  
• ID of opening at clamp end: 26mm (1.0 in)
  
• Hose nipple on both sides

Known to fit Lifan, Tank, Redcat, and Taotao, along with many other manufacturers.
