This is the front chain and torque converter cover for the Coleman B100 and RB100 mini bike.   The chain cover on this unit, is sold as two different pieces... the front chain guard and the rear chain guard.  This is the front piece.

• Three bolt holes on the back side where it bolts to the engine block
