This is the steering shaft for the Tao Tao E1-350 and E1-500 electric atvs.  Please check description, measurements and pictures to make sure it's the one you need.

• Overall length: 38.35cm (15.1 in)
  
• Shaft diameter: 22mm (0.87 in)
  
• Bottom of shaft has 10mm threads 
• 80mm (3.14 in) from bottom of shaft is a triangular flange with 3 bolt holes where tie rods attach
• Top of shaft has rectangular flange
• Flange has 4 bolt holes... two 6.6mm and two 9.7mm  
• Flange measures 78mm x 56mm (3.07 in. x 2.20 in)
